The Lemon Tree
Positive Psychology Coaching & Consulting

Meet Dr. Allison Sucamele
Founder & Positive Psychology Coach
Orange County Area, California

Allison founded The Lemon Tree, LLC in 2022 out of a need to create balance and well-being in her own life. Not only did she want to do this consistently for herself, but she also wanted to share what she learned during her own journey, which continues to this day, and share it with others.
She has worked in education and psychology for over 23 years. Specifically, Allison has taught grades 6-12 and graduate-level psychology courses as an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University. She continues to teach 11th and 12th grade English at a public high school in Orange County. She loves to help people discover their personal strengths, support their personal journeys, and champion them as they move toward their full potential to learn and create the life that has been waiting for them.
Not only does Allison have a background in education, but she is also a HeartMath Certified Coach and enjoys helping people through the transformational process of building personal resilience and upholding the belief that every heart holds wisdom and intelligence that can help guide each of us through adversities. She also helps people get unstuck, organize their lives, and find balance, which is a key component of positive psychology.
